AC Clark, CEO

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

For nearly a decade, AC Clark has been an independent business owner who has helped numerous clients in the Atlanta Metro and surrounding counties. In between working and raising children, AC Clark earned a master’s degree in business administration and marketing. Early in her career, she was involved in a variety of marketing enterprises. In the 80’s as the founder of a therapeutic equine program for children, in the 90’s as an independent real estate owner, managing sales and rental, and in 2003 working professionally with the Department of Juvenile Justice and DFACS running two programs for at-risk female and male adolescents.

AC Clark’s work focuses on the resilience and protective factors of children and families, children’s emotion and behavioral disorders and on the development and dissemination of the concept of “systems of care” for children and their families. In an effort to provide systems of care into a holistic wellness framework for our communities, she expanded her Adolescent CORE services to work with the Adults in the families of these young men and women.  A lifelong community activist, her current work is focused on mental health issues for our military men and women.

AC Clark is the Chief Executive Officer of ASFC Outreach Therapeutic Counseling Services, LLC, where she is responsible for the operation of a fully capitated managed behavioral healthcare organization, and the strategic planning of its finances.

She looks forward to collaboratively working for Children, Families and Communities to bring more community centers together for the betterment of mankind.
